Hello, I’ve probably suffered from sleep apnea most of my life (31 currently) and after using my bi-pap I’ve felt more in touch with my emotions which is pretty cool. I had a score of 75 AHI on my sleep study.

Unfortunately it’s difficult to handle currently, I’m guessing because I used to drown out any emotion with video games that I can’t handle this well. I quit video games and I’ve been binging an extraordinary amount since starting therapy.

Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?

I see a psychologist and psychiatrist in any case.
