I know, bit of a weird question to ask.
I had to stop using my CPAP for a month recently because I damaged my tube like an idiot and my provider (the VA) dragged their ass and dropped the ball a few times getting me my supplies.
Why does that matter?
Well, I’m having issues with morning gas and stomach issues and I’m finding it hard to get over that hump to work out in the morning like I normally do.
I find that waiting for gas pills to kick in is kind of a damper on my motivation as well.
Anyone have any similar experiences or recommendations? For reference I’ve only been back on the CPAP for about a week now so there may be time for me to get over the morning bloating and gas issues.
