I got my APAP yesterday and tried to sleep with it last night and HATED it. I had so much anxiety with it on, because I felt like I was suffocating. I was literally panicking. I could only use it for about an hour. Today I got into the clinical settings after reading that people felt better turning the minimum pressure up. It seems so counterintuitive, because it seems like that would make it harder to breathe out… But it made a HUGE difference. I’m so happy because I wanted to give up on it. Thanks everyone!
