I did a sleep study in person and couldn’t fall asleep at all. I have anxiety where if I need to fall asleep, I’ll get stressed out & my mind will keep me awake.
I now asked for an at-home sleep study, which is at the end of this month. I’m hoping being in my own bed will help me fall asleep.
Is the process of an at-home sleep study still just as difficult, especially since you have to do everything yourself? And did you find falling asleep to be easier? Thanks guys 🙂
