I have been told that I snore a lot these days and I wake up in the middle of the night many times and I have trouble falling back to sleep. This results in me not having so much energy during the day. I’d drink a lot of coffee and even that doesn’t help. I’m overweight as well and think it’s the cause of my sleep apnea. I can’t consistently work out cause some days I’ll be fine and some days I’ll be so tired that it’s impossible to exercise. I’m always taking naps. Thank god I work from home and can get away with it. But no matter how many naps I take I still feel so tired.
I’m looking into nasal strips, but I’m not sure if they’re any good. I’m just looking for something to help me get enough sleep so I can have enough energy during the day to work out and be productive.
