I’m slightly overweight with no past sleep issues, I decided come January I was going to begin lifting weights and doing cardio to slim down. About 3 weeks in i hurt my back and ever since that day I have been having what seems like obstructive sleep apnea. On days I am not physically active I seem to sleep fine but on days when I mix in some cardio or do a light workout it seems to come on strong. I have a doctors appointment this week but I just wanted to share and see if anyone else has ever experienced something like this?
