My ahi numbers are real bad with nasal pillows consistently (12-15 typically) but much better with nasal masks, like with the new Evora mask they are between 4 and 5. Why would this be happening? Am I doing something wrong with nasal pillows? I use the Philips Respironics chinstrap. I can’t consistently use the nasal mask because it irritates my lower nose and it starts to bleed. So I go back to the nasal pillows each time.
