I know this might not be the best place for this but I wanted to see if I have the same symptoms as people with sleep apnea. I used to be able to jump out of bed with energy, but about 4 years ago when I was in 9th grade I started to wake up terribly. Now that Ive been in lock down I notice it more even with perfect 8hrs. When I wake up my whole body feels twice the weight it does normally, my vision is blurry like visual snow, when I get up my legs ache from just the weight of my body on them. This will last almost 2 hours after I wake up which makes it hard to do something as simple as make breakfast. Is this a sleep apnea problem?
