I bought this sleep oxygen monitor a few days ago to see how it looks when I sleep on my back, on my side, with CPAP, without, etc.

But I just recorded my sleep for a few hours (no CPAP, partially on my side, partially on my back), and I had SpO2 above 95 at all times. I’ve done this a few times in the last few days, and it’s approximately the same result every time.

I got diagnosed in 2018. Does this data imply I might not have sleep apnea anymore and I should get re-tested? Or is it normal for SpO2 to stay this high despite apnea?
