Sometimes I nap for 10-15, maybe 20 minutes in the afternoon. Sometimes I wake up with my usual apnea-like symptoms, shortness of breath etc, but sometimes I don’t. I’m just wondering if that’s actually what it is?
I mean, it’s sleep so I don’t know why I wouldn’t have apnea episodes. but it just seems like such a short time for the relaxation processes etc. Sometimes at night under otherwise similar circumstances, I might sleep three or four hours before waking up with symptoms.
Does anyone else have experience like that with napping?
