Hi again, I was on here yesterday asking about sleep apnea because I could not sleep. Here I am again going on my second night with no sleep because I keep jolting awake realizing that I haven’t been breathing.
Tonight I am panicking about not being able to sleep (which is only making the breathing problems worse as my heart is racing and my breaths are short). I can’t go on without sleep and I am very worried that this is how it will be from now on. I’ve only been experiencing this problem for about 3-4 days now, it just seems to have come on suddenly with no clear cause.
I am wondering if this is normal, and more importantly, will it go away? I’m not sure if I have any kind of sleep apnea, but for those who do, how do you deal with the anxiety and trouble sleeping? Just trying to get myself to calm down a bit I guess.
