Hey everyone, 30 year old male here. I was recently put on a ResMed CPAP machine after being diagnosed with a mild case of apnea. It has, on those nights where I can tolerate it, reduced my AHI to an average of .9. Of that number, however, it says that .5 are Central AHIs. Is this something I should be concerned about?
No one said anything after my at home sleep study. I also wonder how accurate this sort of machine can be about detecting something with a neurological origin. Thanks!
