I began using nasal CPAP which made me superman for like 3 months. Then it stopped being useful. I got back on it again until I couldn’t fall asleep with it and gave up.
This year I have been trying to get back on CPAP but since my dumbass brain opens my mouth when I fall asleep, nasal masks are not effective. I tried full face, but even if I manage to fall asleep with a full face, I ALWAYS take it off. Like the first 15 mins of me falling asleep. I never get alot of sleep in them.
Is there something else left to do? Ive gone from working 12 hours a day to 5 a day and falling asleep at 1PM.
