Anyone else have experiences trying APAP and then switching to CPAP and feeling better? I did an at home sleep study and used my APAP for about 2 months seeing a small difference but mostly still feeling pretty bad. A few days ago I decided to switch my machine to CPAP mode and set the pressure to what my highest average pressure was showing in my data. I’ve already felt better and more rested and my migraines which used to be really severe have already gotten better. I wonder if it’s because of the higher pressure?
