I thought someone here might know best.

I do have diagnosed anxiety (health focused) so I apologize if this comes off as paranoid.

A few days ago I had a dream I couldn’t breathe and woke up gasping. Last night I woke myself up with sort of a snore/snort? And several times as I was falling asleep I made this swift intake of breath.

I’m not perfectly thin but I’m not overweight either. I don’t think I snore, and I don’t wake up feeling tired or anything…still, could this be sleep apnea? 🙁
