At night my nose becomes congested and slowly I start struggling to breathe. But under no circumstance will I open my mouth to breathe. I’m always tired after sleeping, and I can wake up severely oxygen deficient and struggle “making up for it” throughout the day, making everything little thing leave me gasping for air.
I am not diagnosed with sleep apnea but I can’t find anything about this anywhere so I figured I’d ask the reddit. I use nasal decongestant to be able to sleep because I can’t breathe through my mouth, I’ll just close it once I’m asleep.
Kinda afraid one night my brain will just not wake me up to breathe. Should I see my doctor for a diagnosis?
