Ok, I know the title sounds insane, but it’s the best analogy I could think of. I love using my CPAP because I can put it on, curl up all the way under the covers (blankets over my head) and sleep soundly like I’m in a cocoon. Before I was diagnosed with SA I had to always use an eye mask to block out light. Now I just burrow away like my dog and it’s so wonderful. There is no way I could breathe under the blankets to burrow before.
