I’ve had my cpap around 18 months or so. Just lately I’ve been able to get used to it and actually sleep through the night without ripping it off my face. I’ve noticed when I get about 5-7 hours of therapy in I tend to wake up super early around 0400-0600. Days I haven’t used it I’ll sleep in until around 0700-0900. Is the cause of this actually getting decent sleep?
