Hey guys, new to this reddit so sorry if Im asking a commonly qsked question but I would love some help from people with the same problem 🙂

Ive got a deviated septum which I believe has been the cause of my dry mouth for the last year. Since my mouth is horrifically dry in the morning afyer waking and my septum is visibly deviated and closes up when I breathe heavy I dont think this is a bad assumption.

Thing is ive tried different sleeping positions. Dry mouth wash, diet changes, putting weird shaped things up my nose to keep the nostrils open but they normally fall out or dont work.

So my question for everyone is what works the best in your own experiences to help stop mouth breathing at night? Ive seen mentions of taping mouths and a chin strap?? Not sure at all so thought best to ask.

Appreciate all help thanks
