I started intermittent fasting few weeks back. I eat one meal a day usually around 2-5pm. So by the time I go to sleep at 10pm, my bodybhas fully digested food and is in a pleasant state of ketosis. I follow this on weekdays and weekends I end up having late dinners.
I’m starting to see the pattern emerge. Weekend AHI is higher especially between 10pm – 1am, Probably because body is still digesting food.
