Sorry if this post might be a little dumb but it’s worth a try (17 F) I took melatonin then tried sleeping and fell asleep at 3 AM, my pressure is set at 6-10 with EPR on at 1 with no ramp with nasal pillows, fell asleep and woke up 4 hrs later feeling the same as always, idk if I did something wrong using EPR or is it just the short amount or is it something I should wait longer. Im mainly concerned with the EPR setting, do I turn it off ? Sorry im very noobish to all of this
