A bit of a lurker here.
A bit about me:
I’m a personal trainer and massage therapist so health is a extremely important to me. I weight train 3 times a week and compete in beach volleyball. I eat well and I don’t have too many stressors in my life except the fact that I’m constantly extremely tired.
I’ve tried sleeping 8-9 hours every night and that didn’t work. I’ve slept 12 hours and nope, still tired. I nap sometimes 2 hours in the middle of the day and still feel sluggish, tired and generally not crisp. This constant tiredness is honestly so defeating and a bit depressing because I’ve tried like I have done everything “right” regarding my health and still feel like shit. I’m not overweight, I don’t snore but so tired a majority of my time awake.
At this point I kind of hope that I have sleep apnea so that I can feel better.
