I wore my new Fitbit today while having a nap. I have sleep apnea but I usually forget to wear my mask.
So I wake up, and Fitbit and has logged 60 minutes of PEAK calorie burn exercise, with a heart rate higher than 180. My resting heartrate is 75. What the actual fuck is going on? This seems extremely dangerous to me. Does anyone know how related this is to sleep apnea? How hard have I been fucking myself by not wearing the mask? Thanks
