Hi everyone! I have been following the community for awhile (I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea about 3 months ago) and have learned a lot!

However, I am really struggling with my treatment. I am using the ResMed AirSense 10. I have really never had problems with it (fortunately). I am using the Phillips full-face mask, and have been using it 7-8 hours per night, with my AHI since I started using it no higher than 1.5 .

I recently started a new job, and have been working longer than I had before (I just graduated last week, and really only had 6 or so hours of work, and didn’t have to leave my house). Since I started this job, I have had headaches and I’ve had quick (30-45 min) sleep episodes where I am so tired it requires me to walk around. Sometimes it gets bad – it can be really hard to stay awake in meetings. Fortunately my commute is very short and I’ve learned how to control this in the car. This isn’t new – it was equally tough last summer and during some of my harder semesters.

I wanted to see if there may be settings I could mess around with on my CPAP to make it more useful. I already have an appt with a new sleep therapist (had to move for my job) and was planning on bringing it up, but I wanted to see if there was something I could do before then.
