I still feel relatively new to using a CPAP machine and all the consequences of doing so.

Are there other things that you guys do to get the most out of this treatment?

I’ve seen mentions of tongue exercises that can be done, training (by hard chewing green beans), timing meals, even the use of sleep trackers (I have an oura ring, but that doesn’t track restless legs), or even oxygen meters (worn overnight?) to try to address sleep apnea.

Has any of this worked for you guys?
