Finally for diagnosed today with mild sleep apnea. I’ve been permanently tired now for at least 13 months and I’m struggling to stay awake even after been up for 4 hours. The sleeps specialist reckons I should lose weight to help treat this but I’m not exactly overweight I’ve just got a slight gut. How am I suppose to exercise when I don’t even have enough energy to perform normal day to day tasks. What are my options here? I’m in the uk if that makes a difference.
