Considering this later in the year. Developed at Stanford – palate expansion. Within about 30-40 days from the start, you get considerable increase in the airway (only downside – and it’s not a small one – is that it accomplishes that by splitting your palate, so you get a large gap between your front two teeth until you can close it up with braces).

According to the 75 patients that Stanford documented here – it looks like it decreased AHI >50% for the patients they performed it on. That’s pretty good IMO, might even be a cure for some.
