All, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea 2 years ago and have had the Cpap since. I go through spells of using it, but get worse quality sleep that I keep stopping. I can’t get comfortable with the mask – and I have several mask types – pretty much all of them. My problem is I am a side sleeper and every time either the mask is uncomfortable under my head or the air in the little holes blows out and along the pillow making noise and distracting me from falling asleep. Anyone have any tips on how to get used to the Cpap? And tricks you do that got you past my problems? Would love any advice because right now I’ve started back on it but woke up this morning with a hangover without any alcohol.
