Hi folks,

I’m about 2 1/2 months into CPAP therapy and having good results as per Oscar. My AHI is usually under 1.0 and an average of 8 hours of sleep total. I do have fractured sleep, often waking in the middle of the night for an extended period of time (I don’t count that time in the 8 hours). I’m just starting a CBT-i protocol to help deal with that.

I’m wondering if anyone else has found continued sleepiness to be an issue and what has helped you.

What it’s not:

  • low iron
  • thyroid
  • hormonal issues
  • general illness which could be identified by bloodwork


  • sleep hygiene
  • diet
  • lack of exercise
  • still low blood oxygen? Haven’t tested yet.
