Recently did a home test with Lofta and they just mailed me the results. They said that I don’t have sleep apnea.

After discovering this subreddit I was convinced the reason why I was always tired was sleep apnea. Even on ‘good’ days where I’m feeling better than usual I feel an undertone of sleepiness that inevitably hits full force late afternoon/early night. I have a regular sleep schedule -8 hours a night-, exercise 4x a week, and eat a healthy diet. I’ve been sitting around 18% body fat and blood tests have all shown good results.

The one thing I did notice from the sleep test was that I had an RDI of 20/hour during REM sleep. Is it possible that I have UARS? I’m at my wit’s end after trying to debug why I’m chronically fatigued and the last two things I can think of are UARS or depression. Please let me know what you think!
