Hi guys, I have UARS, which is basically another form of sleep disordered breathing. I’ve scheduled treatment by my doctor but I won’t be getting treatment for the next few months or so. My question isn’t how you treat the symptoms of apnea, but just how you do you cope? Everyday I just seem to be waking up into the same thing. Constant lethargy, depression, ADHD like symptoms, brain fog, a general apathy for life. How do you do it? I get around 6-7 hours a night, have good sleep hygiene, and it seems from the hour I wake up, all I want to do is fall back asleep. How do you cope with it?
