I’ll keep this brief. Doctors highly suspect I have sleep apnea—bone dry mouth in morning, daytime sleepiness, morning headaches, etc, etc. They’re currently putting me through various tests and playing the waiting game with insurance…

Obviously, right now, I don’t have access to the things that would actually help me, but, lord is it HARD to stay afloat and function throughout this process. Does anyone have any suggestions—nasal strips, supplements, helpful habits, things NOT to do, etc, etc—to help things be at least marginally tolerable until I can get what I need?
