I’ve never thought I slept on my back. I always went to bed on my side and assumed I was like that throughout most of the night. However, I’ve been collecting and analyzing some data I’ve been collecting of my sleep and noticed I’ve been sleeping on my back for roughly 40% of the night!
I’ve heard sleeping on my back can exacerbate obstructive sleep apnea and should be avoided. Is there a way to prevent myself from shifting my body position onto my back while I am asleep?
