I toss and turn around a lot in my sleep. Sometimes I wake up with a scratchy feeling in the back of my throat — kinda like how I used to feel when I woke up without a CPAP. I use the nasal pillows and a chin strap and tighten up the straps. And I feel relatively okay when I wake up. Is this all a bad sign? Should I be switching the mask type? How do you know when it’s time to try a new type?
