I’m not exactly sure what model my CPAP is but it’s a newer Philips Dreamstation (looks like the DXS400T). Every night somewhere between 6-8 hours in the water dry runs bone dry and I wake up with cold dry air blowing in my face and my sinuses are totally shot. I have my humidifier setting to 5, and my tube heating to 5 as well because I have sinus problems and I need the air to be warm and moist. I know my tube isn’t collecting water. I called my technician and he said he changed some adaptive humidifier setting but that they “don’t really know how it works yet here”… Has anyone else had problems similar to mine? I am going to call back but I want to get some other perspectives on the issue before I call my sleep technician who doesn’t really seem to know what they’re doing..
