And it gives me hope!!
I’ve been using a secondhand older S9 auto something that only records time of use and pressure and estimated AHI for the night.
I finally was able to get a BiPAP (air curve 10 V auto) with full logging, and I am extremely excited! for one, even after a couple nights I can tell the BiPAP is going to be a lot more comfortable for me, although I still have some aerophagia challenges.
And also, not only am I a nerd who loves data and figuring out how things work, much more importantly, it should also be extremely useful in tuning my treatment so I (hopefully) can finally get a good nights sleep, repeatably, after all this suffering. I’ve been aware of SDB for nearly a year now and treatments have only helped a little.
Actually makes me tear up a little bit.
