I usually come on here to talk about my woes but I had a goddamn breakthrough last night. I set my pressure higher and instead of Autopap I chose CPAP. I know that I set it too high because I had burps today but I’m titrating it downward to find the sweet spot (I’ve heard this is supposed to be dangerous to do on your own).
I was refreshed. I had a soul. I laughed and made jokes.
Ideally all this is done by a doctor but we live in America and getting an appointment is months and $$$ and them giving me useless advice I already knew (Kaiser)
