Disclaimer: I’m relatively new to this world, so any terms may be used incorrectly.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and have 19 “events” per hour which is moderate sleep apnea. (Didn’t surprise me because I am tired all of the time.) Last night, I had the titration part and wore a nasal pillow for the entire night. I struggled a bit with getting used to it (of course), but had some vivid dreams and woke up feeling like I actually slept.
As I was checking out, my tech said, “I’m interested in seeing how you feel today. A lot of people feel a big difference.”
I. AM. NOT. ONE. OF. THOSE. PEOPLE.
I assumed that CPAP would take more than one night to “fix” me based on things that I read…? Am I wrong or just hopeless?
