On the off chance that anyone remembers me, I’m the 21 year old that had anxiety with the CPAP mask on at night. I’ve basically conquered that problem, which is great, but now I have a new issue: When I go to sleep, I keep on snatching my mask off. It’s not even because I want to. I’ve tried tape on the sides and tightening the straps, but it doesn’t seem to help. I keep waking up and disappointedly seeing my mask off to the side. Does anyone have some tips that I could use to deal with this? Thank you.
