I’ve been noticing the fact that I’m waking up again, from dreaming I’m suffocating and then when I wake up my heard is pounding and I’m out of breath. I have a feeling it’s getting more severe, probably because I put on quite a few pounds since the gyms closed in December (putting my BMI at around 40). My min pressure was set at 5 and my max at 12. Last night I changed it to 6 and 18. Do you guys have any recommended settings, or should I just see what works best?
