I’m probably 20-30 pounds overweight but I’m very physically fit otherwise. I’m 30 years old. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea (like 8.7 events per minute average or something, but my sleep is garbageg). If I lose weight, will I still have sleep apnea? – iDunmed

Was just thinking about this. I truly hate wearing the mask but I just started (ha). If I lose weight, will my sleep apnea get better or is this a separate condition? Thanks for your help!
