Hello everyone, I bought a CPAP machine with nasal pillows type mask around 2 weeks ago and I didn’t have much trouble getting used to sleeping with it, but I find now that instead of sleeping 8 hours a night like I always have I’m waking up on average at around 5 and a half hours and can’t get back to sleep. I am feeling much better and there is no doubt the quality of my sleep has improved by a lot but I’m concerned I’m not sleeping enough and I do find that I’m gassed out before the end of the day. Is this normal for a new user and do you sleep more in time, or do you find that you just sleep less using a CPAP machine than you normally would, or is it just me?! Looking forward to hearing your experiences.
