I have positonal apnea, my wedge pillow helped a bit, especially my reflux, but forcing myself to sleep on the side was a bit hard to do.
I randomly stumbled upon SnoreMD and those first few days were a cunt cause damn it hurts the jaw. But once adapted properly it’s a dream(pun). My snorelab results went from blasting snores to just heavy breathing and so much energy during the day now, no more tension headaches and reflux gone even more.
I know oral devices, of which there are a few, don’t work for everyone but if anyone was looking into it, I highly recommend doing it and SnoreMD; just be prepared for a few nights of pain cause it’s a killer on the jaw at first.
