I was convinced I had sleep apnea for some time now and finally got in to see an MD to formally test it with an at home sleep test (insurance wouldn’t cover a hospital sleep test as I am “fit, in my 20s, and healthy”). To my disappointment, MD noted my test was normal other than snoring but did not explain what the rest of these statistics mean. Could someone explain them?

Time in bed: 7h28m The 4% CMS AHI was 0.9 (0 apneas and 7 hypopneas). The 3% ODI was 5 O2 nadir 90% Average SpO2 94% T90 0% Snoring was intermittently present, index 12%
