I’m newish to using a CPAP machine and I’ve been struggling to keep the mask on over night. When using a nasal pillow I would wake with a dry mouth. Adding a chin strap felt very constrained and made my face sore the next day. A full mask got increasingly uncomfortable in the first hour of sleep resulting in me waking up and taking it off. Last night I used the nasal pillow and taped my lips and slept better than I had in years. The MyAir score seems to think so too. https://ibb.co/1ZzN2DQ My previously high score was in the 40s.
Does anyone have a type of tape they really like?
