I tend to have good nights and bad nights with nasal pillows (Resmed).
On good nights, I barely feel like they are there and I can breathe through my nose comfortably. On bad nights, it feels like my nasal breathing is restricted and uncomfortable. I don’t think this is necessarily due to congestion but more the position of the pillows. If I adjust the pillows I can sometimes get the ‘perfect’ position where there is no feeling of restricted breathing, but the success of this is variable and random.
I use the large size to ensure the most air is getting through.
Does anyone have any tips to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of restricted nasal breathing with nasal pillows?
