Just having a low time. My machine and mask are finally fitting and doing their job. AHI is going south. I’m more comfy and sleeping longer. But still the morning fatigue is there. I’d say I’ve been sleeping with undiagnosed apneoa for years, so it’s going to take time for my body to repair. I’d love one day to just spring out of bed and high 5 everyone. Know what I mean?
I appreciate everyone is different, but it would be great to hear people’s stories. How long did it take you to start feeling better? Any health tips, weird advice or crazy stories would be great too. TIA!
