I’ve been sleeping with a CPAP for a bit over a year now and use the nasal pillows mask. My leak rate average is 21L/min according to my app that I track with. I pretty much guarantee most of that leak is from my mouth. Considering 25L/min is when you should be concerned about leak, should I consider switching to a full face mask or do you guys think that’s unnecessary? I usually get a 98 or 99/100 for my sleep rating but unfortunately still feel tired a lot so I’m wondering if this could be the culprit?
