I have a deviated septum, had it for 25 years. Also have sleep apnea and have dealt with depression and anxiety for too many years.
People are saying they are all related and affecting my weight and ability to breathe at night. I’ve contemplated the surgery and turbinate reduction. I’m a bit scared to jump and do the surgery – but believe it will be a life saver, giving me energy, better sleep, rest and lessen the depression and anxiety.
Has anyone had this surgery and then a recovery of sleep apnea?
