Is this true?i don’t really like the idea of depending on my CPAP for the rest of my life, and if I can fix my OSA with surgery, I’d like to do that. Why wouldn’t insurance cover it?

Edit: I should note that my apnea can’t be fixed with things like weight loss or other lifestyle changes; I am at a perfect weight and don’t smoke or anything like that
